The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is working to acquire and redevelop this property to provide rent-to-own housing for qualified Native Hawaiian families. About the Future Redevelopment
Once relocation is complete, the property will be redeveloped into affordable rent-to-own housing for beneficiaries of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act. The new units will include:
